Supplemental Care Plans are available for enhanced assisted living residents who desire an assisted living lifestyle, but require more support for various activities of daily living.

With this in mind, Tall Oaks has created supplemental care plans that provide personalized support based on the individual needs of the resident. From weekly assistance with grooming, to daily assistance with mobility and companion care, one of our four Supplemental Care Plans is designed to meet the additional care needs of the resident.
