Founded in 1981, Coordinated Services Management, Inc. (CSM) was created to offer professional management services to nonprofit, faith-based, community-based and for-profit retirement communities in the D.C. Metro area, Virginia and the Carolinas.

CSM remains stable in today’s challenging economy.   All CSM properties have cash reserves in government guaranteed accounts and CSM continues to grow based on our excellent reputation for providing quality housing and services in a fiscally sound manner.
