Supplemental Care Plans are designed for Rose Memory Care Center residents who require more support for various activities of daily living.

With this in mind, Tall Oaks has created supplemental care plans specifically tailored to support Memory Care Center residents. From assistance with grooming to daily assistance with mobility and companion care, our Supplemental Care Plans will ensure the highest level of additional care if, or when, it should be needed.
